1. What is Mbilu Tales?

Mbilu Tales is a children’s storytelling brand that celebrates Afrocentric joy, culture, and family. Our books feature Khanyi, her playful pug Momo, and the wisdom of Kokwani (grandmother). Each story is created with love to inspire young readers everywhere.

2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the UK and selected international locations. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, please contact us through the Get in Touch page, and we’ll do our best to assist.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • UK orders: Usually 3–7 working days.

  • International orders: Typically 7–21 working days, depending on customs and location.
    You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking information once your order is shipped.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes! If your book arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 14 days of delivery. We’ll ask you to return the original copy to us, and once we receive it, we’ll gladly send you a fresh, mint copy at no extra cost.

5. Are your books available in bookstores?

Right now, Mbilu Tales books are mainly available through our website and Amazon KDP. We are working on expanding to independent bookstores — follow our newsletter for updates!

6. Can I order Mbilu Tales books as a gift?

Absolutely! At checkout, you can enter the recipient’s shipping address. 

7. Do you offer school or bulk orders?

Yes, we love working with schools and libraries! Please use the Get in Touch page for bulk order enquiries, workshops, or school visits.
