Mbilu Tales Returns & Refund Policy

At Mbilu Tales, our mission is to bring joy, imagination, and heart-warming stories to children and families around the world. We take pride in the quality of our books and products, and we hope they bring magic to your home.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Item must be returned with original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns on digital products or downloadable content.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been processed and shipped.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at story@mbilutales.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A brief description

We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
To request a cancellation, email story@mbilutals.com as soon as possible.

Shipping Returns

To return an item, please contact us first at story@mbilutales.com for return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
